Laptop Toshiba going blur white..?

*if you have toshiba laptop with any version with problems (Laptop Toshiba going blur white..) like:
1. when you change resolution then suddenly the screen going blur white from any point direction until whole over.
2. when you start booting until before welcome screen appear the screen going blur white full over.
3. when display containing black frame on every 4 edges the screen start going blur white.
4. when you want to watch movie in fullscreen mode or play game in fullscreen mode or any other moving picture in fullscreen mode the screen going full white.

*here is solution that i had discover by accidently that i want to share with other:
1. false is not coming from lcd display so dont think to change it.
2. start to uninstall all program with display properties video, picture, photo, audio, accelerate hardware and software like i did which is winamp, dvd player, video converter, quick time, macromedia, real player. then reboot/restart your laptop.
3. download and run ccleaner and advanced system care for free. you can find it from google. then clean up and fix up all error for your windows xp system. then shut down your laptop. wait for few minutes.
4. miracle happen..suddenly problems disappear. thanks god. it did works on me. B)
